The department of pharmacology, NRIIMS conducted Quiz in pharmacology for undergraduate medical students on 29th April. The quiz had a Preliminary round and a Rapid fire round and consisted of mostly multiple choice questions (MCQs) with few match the following and fill up the blank questions. The quiz was conducted to increase the awareness of students regarding the pattern, type of pharmacology questions and to acclimatize them to University and PG entrance exams.
The quiz received huge appreciation and applaud from the students. The quiz was prepared and moderated by Dr. P. Jagadeesh; Professor and HOD of Pharmacology and was attended by other faculty Dr Santhilakshmi, Dr Keerthi, Dr Priyadharsni and Mr. Vamsi.
The 1st prize was won by Kandarpa Shama & team; 2nd prize by Mohamed Ridah Sunain & team and 3rd prize by Manepalli Madhusri & team.
